Annual Boiler Service
A yearly visit to carry out checks to ensure your boiler and central heating are safe and in good working order. Your services may be more than 12 months apart.
Carbon Monoxide Test
Co alarms to be checked and tested. If no alarm is fitted we will fit one at discounted rates.

What's included in your cover?
- Parts and labour for Repairs to your gas central heating system, including boiler, controls, radiators and hot water cylinder
- Annual service of your boiler to make sure it's running safely and efficiently
- Repairs to the plumbing system in your home and outbuildings and the water supply pipe within the boundary of your property.
- Accidental Damage
- Up to £200 to gain access and make good for each repair 15% discount for any works required not covered under contract. Eg added radiators.
- Priority response times
